Difference between Men’s Barefoot Shoes and Women’s Barefoot Shoes

Difference between Men’s Barefoot Shoes and Women’s Barefoot Shoes

Designs, functionality, form, are all features that can differ when we talk of regular shoes between men and women.

With barefoot shoes, technically, there is no major difference between men’s barefoot shoes and women’s barefoot shoes.
Women’s feet are promoted to be slimmer than men’s feet, but evidence suggests that unless women are put in shoes, their feet are as wide as men’s feet in case of a similar stature, especially here in India.
There may be minor differences from person to person, but overall women in India can have really wide and stable foot structures.

In a lot of cultures, including India, women’s feet are put in extremely narrow footwear to make them “beautiful” and this tradition is what causes women to have slimmer feet.
Naturally, wider feet mean more stability, more strength and an enhanced ability to do more, lift more and be healthier.

From a barefoot shoes point of view which aim to enable people with their natural posture and foot health, they are the same for both men and women.
The same flat sole, flexible shoe with a wide toe box.

Zen Barefoot Origin are unisex shoes which are fit for both men and women.
Give them a try and feet the difference.
You would not want to go back to your foot prisons again.
